General Return Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While returns are generally not accepted, we do understand that exceptional situations may arise. In such cases, decisions on returns will be made at the discretion of our management.
Authorized Returns
If your return is authorized, please note the following terms:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item(s)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item of the incorrect size, you may exchange it under the following conditions:
The item must be unopened and unused.
The exchange must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Store Credit Option
In lieu of an authorized refund/return or exchange, you may have the option to receive store credit. Store credit has the following benefits:
It doesn't expire and can be used for purchasing retail items at the Charge Fit Shop.
Please note that store credit cannot be applied to membership dues or special event reservations.
